So, we’ve already worked together and your baby was sleeping great!

Then a regression hit, or sickness, or developmental leap, vacation… something caused your great sleeper to get off-track.

You don’t need a full, in-depth sleep plan because you know all about the methods we have used and the basics of sleep in the back of your mind. You just can’t seem to get your little one sleeping well again! What you need is a quick, to-the-point, customized plan designed to target the challenges you are facing right now.

A returning client tune-up includes:

• One 15-minute phone call to catch up and discuss what is happening recently with your child’s sleep

• A comprehensive assessment of your child’s current sleep, schedule, routine, sleep environment, and challenges. This evaluation provides the background and details necessary to create a truly customized plan for your child

• A customized but abbreviated sleep plan catered specifically to the issues at hand

• Daily analysis of your child’s sleep log. Keeping a simple log of your child’s rest allows me to pinpoint problems, troubleshoot effectively, and provide you with day-by-day changes and improvements to continue improving your child’s sleep

• One week of email support- guaranteed response within 24-hours, though every effort is made to be timely and address your questions or concerns as promptly as possible

• One follow-up call two weeks after your plan is delivered to check in and reconnect, troubleshoot, and look ahead.
