Build-Your-Own Newborn Sleep Support

Work exclusively with our Certified Newborn Sleep Consultant, Kelsey Solis, to lay a foundation for fantastic sleep for your newborn. This package is designed to support babies from birth through 12 weeks as you gently and gradually build independence and a schedule for your little sleeper.

Services include any combination of the following:

• 45-minute phone call to discuss your unique little one and your family’s goals, style, and sleep needs.

• A virtual nursery walk-through via Zoom to set up the ideal sleep environment for your newborn. This includes guidance on optimizing sleep as well as sleep safety. Mother Together promotes safe sleep practices and can help ensure that you have tended to every detail

• Newborn Sleep E-Book

• Support via email or text message for one week. Support can be extended on a week-to-week basis.
