Whether your child is 4-months or 4+years, Mother Together can create the fully customized sleep plan you need to get your child sleeping their best. The Basic Package delivers a detailed, step-by-step sleep plan designed for your family to put you on the path to more restful nights.

Your basic sleep consultation package includes:

  • One 15-minute phone call to connect, discuss your goals and parenting style, your child’s personality and sleep issues. This phone call helps inform the methods and strategies that will be included in your plan

  • A comprehensive assessment of your child’s current sleep, schedule, routine, sleep environment, and challenges. This evaluation provides the background and details necessary to create a truly customized plan for your child.

  • Option to add-on a series of follow-up emails to troubleshoot, address hiccups down the road, and ensure your success

  • Option to add-on a phone call after your plan is delivered to go over the plan together in detail, answer any and all questions, prepare to begin, and leave you feeling confident and ready to implement your plan.
