Building your own retainer package allows you to do just that!

Do you prefer to communicate using email or text message? Your choice!
Do you also need a customized sleep package to set your little one off in the right direction? Add a fully personalized sleep plan for $120.
Would you like to include a monthly phone call to touch base, troubleshoot, answer questions, discuss upcoming sleep changes, and stay one step ahead of your baby’s development and sleep needs?
Once you have built your package, just click add to cart and you will be prompted to fill out an intake form giving me lots of information about your child, your family, and your current sleep situation.
After your package is purchased, I will be in touch to schedule our first phone call and to collect any additional information needed to write your customized sleep plan. Sleep plans take 2-3 business days to prepare and deliver. Our time together begins once all materials have been delivered.
